UPDATE: So I went ahead and called the number. It's the personal voicemail of Kayliea Albert, a MS employee, based on the associated email. I'm sure she'll love her personal voice mail being used a CSR line. Try not to overwhelm her I guess? :-P
UPDATE 2: Kayliea Albert does indeed work for Microsoft, and is involved in the MS Live Cashback (at some level...she was trying to pass me on to the email address again). But, like I said, she is involved at some level, so if you're stuck (like I am with $240 pending cashback since August 21), give it a try.

DO NOT CALL FOR SMALL QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS!!!!! If she begins being plagued with uptight SDers, they will issue her a new number and email address and we'll be SOL again. I HIGHLY recommend she only be contacted for MAJOR problems!

If you get forwarded to the German ebay site for the cashback link, don't panic. Try changing the .de extension to .com and that should work.
.....12:06am(EST) I (diulayccc) just purchase a HD4870 with the live discount, this time the instant cashback did not apply. It says it'll be deposited automatically in 60 days into my PayPal.

is there a limit? per transaction or total transactions per account?

For the people that were wondering if doing partial refunds would mess up Cash Back, it won't.

So if you sold something and want the money right away just refund them $0.01 and the funds will be released and there cash back will be fine.
