I think it's a YMMV, since the average BB CSR may not be smart enough to figure out how to apply the coupon to an online purchase, and/or may not want to invest the time in finding a way to make it work. God forbid! However, if they refuse, I fail to see why you can't just cancel the online order on the spot, and basically rebuy the item as a new, instore purchase.
