If ToGo's the prepaid phones, then I don't think so.

Based on the info given for the last promotion (linked in my original post), it may be only available at corporate stores. You'd want to call the store before going, to make sure they're participating.

Here's what a T-Mobile employee contributed to the last thread:

I'm switching from Sprint to a T-Mobile prepaid plan on Saturday. If I call and say my girlfriend who is on a T-Mobile flexpay plan referred me does she get the $25 dollar credit?

They are good until end of march. So if you missed yesterday it might still be worth it to call and ask.
