Wilsons Leather website clearance error hence big savings ( 30 and 60 percent added concurrently)

The 30% off says that it excludes clearance but at the checkout it is taking it off clearance.

I got the Steve Madden Metropolitan Satchel for $23.72 shipped.

I searched and did not see this deal, so I hope it's not a repost.
