I skipped through adding the pictures and went to checkout using their most expensive photo album (34.99?) and it completely discounted the whole thing, minus the shipping and handling which was 7.99.

I got in on this a few months ago.

1) Their website had issues, so my book was erased 3 times while creating it.
2) After placing an order, I tried to use the promo code, which happened to be expired.
3) Calling their CS doesnt work - there is a recording which states "If you are calling about our promo code, we are working on it" There is no live CS agents. Only way I got through was through their internet blog.
4) I placed the order 2 weeks later... This is the time it took them to get me a working promo code.
5) It took 8 weeks to get my book ready. They blamed this on their website having "technical issues".
6) ALL THE PICTURES WERE WHITE-WASHED and bland!!!! This is the worst quality book, ever!!!
7) Calling to complain got me a recorded message again, so I turned to the blog. The emailed response I got was "The item you ordered was free. Therefore, we will not issue you a replacement or refund of the order." I was out $8 shipping for a crappy book.

The paper is cheap and not glossy at all. The cover is even cheaper and you can see the glue outlines.

I should waited before I made the album. It freakin took me a while to get it all set to order. I did a nice one with comments and all for 2008 Memories. Now, I am not sure if I should let the time I spent go wasted or jump on the deal hoping they improved since you ordered :-(

Well, good that all my work is now messed up. It shows my album and the exact number of photos I uploaded. But content is now displayed only as spinning wheels. Looks like my entire 2 hours work is gone.

i had the same experience with this website. the quality of the book was very cheap. it took me over a month to get my book and it was horrible.

the website was very bad. nothing loaded fast at all.

there are many other sites that do the exact same thing but don't sell crap products with crap service.

Anyone try this lately? Code not working, but I don't think it's expired yet...it's just saying, "Please add a photo book and try again"

It says that about the calendar too (FREECAL is the code) and I spent 2.5 hours making the 2 of them....please help!
