REI online - Burley Solo Jogging Kit 2004 -2006 $19.83 (retail $100) with free shipping to local REI store
Someone might be interested in this slick little modification to their bike trailer. 
They have some other items for burley trailer accessories on clearance as well, but this is a good start...

Kit comes with a spoked 16-inch front wheel and a hand brake
Kit works with handlebar that is included in Burley Solo models
