I bought a 4G OCZ RAM from tigerdirect one or two months ago, and now I received a mail from OCZ saying my 12-digit UPC is missing. How come they received my rebate form but not the UPC? I cut the whole cardboard off just in case they are too stupid to find the UPC in my envelope, and sealed them nicely.

And today I called their rebate center saying I have a copy of the original upc and asked them would that work. The lady told me they only accept original upcs and reject all others. wtf

Seriously, I've done dozens of rebates and I am very careful with every rebates I submitted. OCZ is the first one who denied my rebate, and they really pissed me off because of their stupid mistakes and policies!

I always scotch tape my UPCs to the rebate form and have never had a rejection since I started doing that. the rebate envelope openers/processing people are obviously careless monkeys with cluttered desks
