You should have reasonable expectations for the wait time. More than 3 weeks is standard. Many of us who got in on the last 24-hr sale (2/27) are still waiting on our Mini 9's.

(OSX needs a 16gb drive to make this work, an 8 will work but you will have no space to add programs. Windows XP can be stripped down to fit on the 8 gig or the 4 gig with no problem.) *EDIT: with OSX, additional programs can be installed on an SD card, so technically an 8GB install wouldnt be too bad
