I have one of these and it's the best keyboard I've owned since the days of the old IBM keyboards. Ahhh...those were the days.

I will issue a word or two of caution on these though:
The key caps fade off after a few months of use. Right now, the S, D, C, E, and A keys are gone. And several others are wearing. Also, the C, D, F, and V keys (don't ask me how that works) don't always fire right. The C is the worst of them. I've read a few reviews where other people ran into the same issue.

For me, I just get a bit more mindful of my typing. It slows me down a little, but it's more than livable.

On the plus side, my carpal tunnel hasn't bothered me but a bit here and there since I got this keyboard. So even with the issues, I HIGHLY recommend it.

Too bad I can only order two.

Already got one spare, one from the irresistible Dell deal, and now in for two more. I guess if it gets lower I'll need to dedicate some garage space to hoard MS Natural keyboards.

I wonder if there was a bad batch or something...I've had mine for 2 years and I type the hell out of it and every single one of the keys you mentioned is still fine.
I keep my hands pretty clean though when using my computer, maybe the ink doesn't like some moisturizers or even just normal skin oil/sweat or something. Or maybe just a bad batch.

BTW MS has pretty good customer service so you should try calling them up and letting them know.

I actually bought an OEM one myself because these used to be so expensive so no warranty for me. Might have to pick one of these up if they're really retail!
