Amazon has these very nice 400 Thread-Count Queen Size sheets - 6 pieces (2 extra pillows) starting at $24.44 and going up to $26.56 depending on the color and they come with free shipping
I have ordered them before and they are really good quality ones
The King Size ones are around $28 which is still a good price for 400 thread-count

I was really disappointed in how the sheets felt, even though they were well made. They were scratchy, sort of like hotel sheets. Not what you'd expect for 600TC.

I also bought some 600 TC from the Hotel Collection that were stiff & coarse out of the box (even after first launder).

However, after laying on them & getting some body oils into them & also washing them a couple of times thereafter, they do soften up.

I guess it's just takes time with some sheets.

It's not too bad, pretty much exactly what you would expect. Of course the sheet is looser, but it can work.
