I have been watching for a deal on this for some time. It finally arrived this morning.

Amazon.com has the Samsung T260HD on sale for $449. There is now a $100 rebate. Net cost $349. This works well as a monitor (1920x 1200) and an HDTV. The HD tuner is built in. It has a 25.5" screen and is part of their Touch of Color line.

For those in California there is no sales tax and no hazardous waste disposal fee.

The or less comes from the credit card options. I personally used my "$200 back on a $349 or more purchase" from Sony card. I'm glad I didn't use that right away. My net cost after rebates for me will be $150.
