Barnes and Noble - Store Layout Fail.

I was at a Barnes and Noble I usually don't go to today, trying to find a book relevant to a paper that I'm writing.

While wandering about the store, I passed by the kids section, which bordered on the rest of the store. Then I was stopped in my tracks when I saw this book on the shelf (sorta NSFW), literally right outside the kid's section. Five feet or so, maybe - as was the whole "sexuality" section.

What the heck were they thinking when they laid out the floorplan? I have no objection to the nudity on the cover, really (though it is a bit "graphic" for being right out there on the shelf) but you'd think that they would put it somewhere away from the Berenstain Bears.

I usually get dirty looks when I walk through the children's section alone, but those geniuses decided that's where the only bathrooms in the store should go. So now they have to put up with large, 26 year old men that have to take a shit.

Yeah, that is kinda stupid! Our Barnes and Noble has a similar layout. I never really thought about that before. Maybe you should write corporate.

Often, if you're walking around NYC it's one of the cleanest public restrooms you'll find, and there's many of them around the city.
