AND it's an ELITEBOOK which blows the Pavillion away.

This is an excellent deal. It is hard to find a 1680x1050 screen here on slickdeals. 1280x800 is just a terrible resolution.

HD size isn't everything. In fact, the larger the size could be worse for you if you don't have the right amounts of RPM. 160gb is a good amount for internal storage. Any more you'd probably want to go external so you don't bog up your system. 2gb is more than enough nowadays....I bet 95% of people can't tell between 2 and 3. Keep in mind HD and ram are BOTH upgradeable, video card and processor not so much

Specs are amazing for a laptop. I just don't know what else to compare it to....will have to wait and see what other deals arise. Laptops are dropping fast, especially the top tier ones

The only reason I am not pulling the trigger on this is because there is no webcam

I'll pass...its a stripped down Lexus IS 300...

Looks like 2 memory slots and only one is taken, so buy another gig stick and you are ready to go. I am extremely saddened that Dave Ramsey has instructed me that I may not purchase this techno goodie.
