This is a good deal for a great tire. Panaracer is the brand name, and these will fit standard 26" MTB tires.

This tire will work well for a hard packed soil, but I have knobby kenda nevegals, they handle muddy and wet conditions much better, would switch to a different tire with smaller knobs (kinda like the one we have here) when it have not rained for a while. Besides 2.3 would be pretty heavy and might not fit everyone's wheels Last edited by Kandid; 05-31-2009 at 12:14 AM.. |

To clarify, this is a wider than normal MTB tire. Most bikes use a 2.0 or 2.1. This one will weigh a little more but you get more traction. Mixed reviews from mtbr.com here [mtbr.com] |
