GoDaddy $1.99 New/Transferred Domain Name Registrations INCLUDING .COM!
$1.99 new and transferred domain names at GoDaddy.com - apparently does not apply to renewals:

If the above link doesn't work, you can simply go to GoDaddy.com and enter promo code 199BUYCOM at checkout.
When you click through to the site, notice the yellow box on the left side that describes the $1.99 special for buy.com customers. Elsewhere on the page, it says that domains are $1.99 with an additional purchase. However, I put a domain into my cart WITHOUT any other purchase and the total came to $2.19.

Register or transfer any available .COM, .US, .MOBI, .BIZ, .NET or .ORG domain for just $1.99!*
