All of these model GPS stop working about 1 or 2 weeks ago.
The manufacturer release patch file, after patch it will work fine.
(Looks like it will freeze after 10 or 20 years - not sure - but who cares for that years...)
The symptom is hard to get GPS signal, too slow tracking response.

Not true there is a firmware fix here http://www.navsupport.net/gps/qui...index.html

Please note you need to install the new firmware to get a GPS lock on some units.

OK, the coupon link is blocked by slickdeals. This coupon is available in most of the websites just google it target 10% off.

Also did you go to the last step of checkout?
It shows the correct amount only in the last step where "place your order" button is.

yes, this is the one. i have this and it works well other than i hate how long it takes for it to get a GPS lock sometimes. i've had times where it takes 10 minutes before it gets a lock, though most of the time it's about a minute or so.

I am looking for a GPS in this price range and am hoping this one will be it. How old is this GPS? Will the points of interest and such still be fine? I have an old GPS and get lost often because many stores and such are already gone, and some streets are too new for the GPS.

Also, some people mentioned that it is hackable. What does that mean (what can hacking it achieve)? Can I somehow get free updates if the GPS is hackable? Also, is hacking it difficult?
