Both of these GTX 260 models have 216 cores (compared to the 240 cores in the GTX 280). Essentiallly this GTX 260 has a single one out of the 10 clusters disabled compared to a GTX 280.

regular 216 cores:
Core Speed 576 MHz
Memory Speed 2 GHz
Shader Speed 1242 MHz

Super clocked 216 cores:
Core Speed 626 MHz (roughly 9% increase)
Memory Speed 2.106 GHz (roughly 5% increase)
Shader Speed 1350 MHz (roughly 9% increase)

The superclocked card run fairly close to the GTX 280 speeds, and the 280 is a $250 card.

A good 500-600 watt power supply should be enough to run 1 of these cards (not SLI), depending on the rest of the system. If its a cheap power supply, look for a 750 watt rating. Nvidias wattage rating is a little under 200 watts for the card alone.

The card has a SPDIF input which then is converted to run through the HDMI connection if you want to use its supported HDMI 1.3 with audio.
