thanks for the post... saw my local walmarts setting up these back to school items for the past week or two.

deals are not as good as last year. the 70 sheet notebooks were 5 cents last year, this year they are 15 cents. wonder if they will have cheaper prices closer to the start of school...

I agree. I remember stocking up on the 70 count when they were $0.10.

I'm tired of seeing all these school supplies at the beginning of July. For us, school just ended on June 19th and won't start again until after Labor day!

We won't have a supply list until sometime around the middle of August. Our list of supplies last year was so ridiculous, they shouldn't need anything for at least another year! Either that or we ended up buying supplies for the hoardes of illegal aliens in the school system!
