Well you'd go to bing.com and on the top right corner you will see "Extras" with a little down arrow. Click on it and then sign up for bing cash back account. Once signed up then use bing.com search to go shopping and they usually supply a banner with a cashback bonus. Usually people will post what search keywords they used to get their cashback amount and you could try the same. You don't have to buy what you searched for, but you just want to be able to get the link for the price amount.

If you aren't logged in already then bing might ask you what email account to use which should be the same email you've tied with bing.com cashback program.

NOTE: If you have an ADBLOCKER then you might not see these special bonus banners when doing keyword searches, so disable your adblocker when in bing.com. Also some stores don't allow you to use a coupon and bing in the same time, so if bing is a better deal than your coupon then don't use the coupon. Some stores do let you get away with it, but you are taking a bit of a gamble when attempting this. Users in slickdeals usually post if they had success or not and you could go by that, but if you don't want to risk it then don't use a coupon.

GETTING YOUR MONEY FROM BING: You will get an email usually confirming that you've got cashback for the purchase which can be instant or make take even as long as a day. Cashback is sometimes instant or you have to wait an X amount of days. Depending on how you prefer to get your cash then that also factors in how fast you get your cashback. You will get your money and they have been pretty good so far. If you don't get an email confirming your cashback or you don't see a pending transaction within a day then I'd contact bing.com to let them know.
