Been thinking about OOMA

Been on the verge of getting OOMA... there are three issues I have, that are holding me back.. welcome any input any of you might have:

1 - Currently I have no landline phone, and use the $20 AT&T naked DSL, with a DSL/802.11G server box - Can I hook up OOMA with this system?

2 - Would OOMA cause any bandwith issues with my DSL? IE - Wife chatting on the phone cause lag in my Xbox live game, or downloading a movie to my computer cause worse phone connection?

3 - I have a system like Uniden (DECT1580-3) DECT 6.0 Single-line Cordless Phone with 2 Extra Handsets, and I am not sure if I can connect the main Uniden hub to the OOMA, and then use the 2 additional handsets (which plug into wall power outlets and connect with the Uniden Hub by the DECT 6.0 frequency.
