On the left it says "Make your voice heard and stand up for your gaming rights while taking advantage of exclusive ECA membership benefits." Click the link that says "exclusive ECA membership benefits".

Click the giant red box on the left that says "Join Today"

If you did it right, the thing before you enter your information should say:

After type all of your stuff, you should get the e-mail instantly. Click on the link in the e-mail, and then insert your cc/promo code and you should be set.
