It looks like Amazon has matched Best Buy's price of $39.99 for Need for Speed: Shift. You can also get 10% off if you're an ECA member (or 20% if you can stack it), and of course Free Shipping and no taxes for most.

The only way is if you signed up for ECA a while back and received older coupons that expire on 9/30. Then if you apply a newer coupon (that expires 10/31) at check out, it stacks with the older one. Most people can't take advantage of this however since I doubt many saved up older ECA codes.
