For anyone interested, The 2010 version [barnesandnoble.com] comes out next week (called 2.0, though I believe it's the 4th of these books). With the way the information seems to change constantly - what's healthy to do today is horrible to do tomorrow - it might be worth it to get the latest one (although it's over twice this price). Then again, one Amazon reviewer said last year's was basically a copy/paste of the first two books. And you can't beat $5/$6!

this is really good. one chapter recommends what you should eat in each fast food or restaurant. one chapter compares two food items by category. it also slightly tackles grocery items

The coupons might be for members only (the $25 a year membership) - I was buying other books when I saw this thread and didn't use the free shipping link and the coupons didn't work for me.
