Those on the fence about the 5530 and 5800, let me help, I have the 5530. Wanted to get a 5800 but used a friends and its too slow for browsing and its a bit thick and does not feel solid in your hand. It feels like a cheap phone when you hold. On the other hand, the 5530 is well built and its also thinner. The CPU is a bit faster and the 5530 has KINETIC SCROLLING(5800 does not).

5530 Pros:
Great build quality(except for the lock switch which is a bit loose)
Small size factor and is thin(Important if you are coming from an iPhone like me)
Awesome interface and tweak ability
Very responsive touchscreen
KINETIC SCROLLING
Faster CPU makes symbian run smoother(same CPU as N97)

Cons:
Smaller battery than the 5800, but good enough
Screen size is a bit small for texting with a qwerty keyboard in portrait mode
Lock switch is loose
Some people might get a loose battery cover(need to use a bit of Blu Tack to secure it)\
Camera is not Carl Zeiss lens like 5800 but the quality is still as good, possibly on the lines of iPhone 3GS
No GPS like 5800
No 3G data like 5800

This is a great price. I paid $195 after 10% Bing Cashback last month. Remember to install Opera Mini and the YouTube app.
Sure the 5800 has the better camera and the better battery, but thats about it. Its bulkier and it feels much cheaper. There are numerous issues with the 5800, such the handset speaker failing and needing to be repaired by Nokia. 5530 is best option for a Nokia touchscreen right now. Even the N97 has many issues(especially with the camera lens cover scratching the lens) and firmware issues.

Buy it. If you don't like it, you'll not lose more than 15% by flipping it on Craigslist or Ebay.

Comes with a 4GB SD card and a pretty decent Nokia headset. I would go with the White/Blue one, looks really good outside. I have the black/red, it is decent.
