You guys are gonna love this story =P, I went over to the bestbuy that just became my favorite "starting from black friday" and told them what happened.

They found out that the cd drive is broken, and also the DC is messed up, then they say, we have to send to manufac..,after about 30 min, they say that gateway dosnt work on these laptops anymore..

so the manager comes up and say, im gonna give you a brand new one, from 76th, so its gonna ship to my bestbuy then we are going to go exchange for it.

so, until then, I can just sit around and watch my empty laptop.

also, let me tell you guys something else, about my blackfriday experience "off topic lolzers"

I went to 76th, and waited almost 1:30 of my entire life, then I put my bestbuy bucks on the table and they say, you cant use these today, then they bring me the "senior customer service lady" and she says, how many do you have? im like, I have 100, then she says, oh definetly"sp?" not, if you used 20-30 then maybe ok.

the problem in that picture is, where in the world does it make a rule like that in the MCDonalds rules? so I ask to call corp "I dont have a cell phone" and guess what? they dont call them for me...

anyway, to make it short, AFTER LUNCH, let me repeat that, AFTER LUNCH, we went to mayfair bestbuy to just check out some items, and guess what happened? we asked if you had any gateways left , and their reply was FOUR, not one, not two, not even 3, but FOUR lol.

at 1 O clock in the afternoon, I was like, "sders are waiting in the cold for this, and im getting this after lunch "


anyway, I owe lots of thanks to everyone who suggested exchange, I would have never known that they would exchange it.
