Heads UP - I GOT MY 40 coupon TODAY



I e-mailed them and they wanted me to forward a list of my reminders. They also say you should have your zip code up to date, opt in to receive receive emails from Fresh Rewards. (I've checked marked to receive any e-mail where possible, use junk guys). I sent them my list and are awaiting reply as of December 16, 2009. Second e-mail sent December 18, still no reply.

TESTED MYSELF--- this WORKS!! :
For the people that are still waiting for points.

I took the easy way and just added a bunch of birthdays, especially if you are like me and clicked on the "Enter multiple birthdays" link. But i think you have to do the reminders a certain way for them to show up. I waited 2 days for them to show up and they weren't there, i added one reminder a different way and I magically got 40pts in a couple of hours that popped up in my account. So I tested further today and added 10 more the same way and I got my full 400 pts right now. I did it around 2pm.

This is how I did it. I didn't delete any of the current bday reminders I had. That way it is easy to add other reminders since you have a bunch of names in your account already.

1. Log in to your account and click on link that says "My Account".
2. You will see your point balance and little bit more below that is a tiny calendar and to the left of that is a link that says "ADD A GIFT REMINDER".
3. When you go into that link I chose anything, but birthday since I already added 10 different birthdays. So enter event, date and it is easy to choose person because in the drop down menu has all of the names you already entered. Choose one. And then add that 'reminder'.
4. Repeat 10 more times. Always do through that link. (since for sure I know that one works.)

P.S. - Please don't call. I still need to spend my pts. ;-) I'm afraid if a bunch of people keep calling they are going to pull this or make it harder to do.
