Been looking for a good LCD deal for a while and this seems to be a good deal for a 22/21.5" 1080p LCD that isn't junk (hopefully). I was considering the LG 22" 1080p @ TD for $150 before this.
Three cheapest coupons I found @ e-junkie: http://www.e-junkie.com/shop/product/310368.php http://www.e-junkie.com/shop/product/307629.php http://www.e-junkie.com/shop/product/58816.php |

I bought this monitor last week when it was $140. I used a coupon for $25 off $100 purchased from merchant C P N P O T (without the spaces) and it worked fine. With the tax and stupid CA Recycling fee (Cali only) the monitor came out to $140, so still not too bad.
So far I love the monitor. I'm using it to play Call of Duty 4/5 and now I don't have to sit so close to the screen. I'm playing in 1920 x 1080 resolution. Windows 7 looks great on it. No lag, all in all a beautiful, satisfying monitor. Menu buttons are touch sensitive (like the power button on a PS3) which is also cool. There are a lot of pre-loaded brightness modes on the monitor that I find myself using a lot. I usually keep it at energy saving mode or internet browsing mode (the two dimmest) so that my eyes don't fry. Anyway, I'd recommend this monitor to anybody. Cons are: No HDMI, no instructions manual (it's on a CD instead), but who needs instructions these days. Came with only a VGA cable and not DVI, but better than nothing. Do you guys think Staples will adjust the price for my monitor, since it's been maybe 2 weeks since I bought it? Last edited by sKwiD; 11-08-2009 at 11:21 AM.. |
