If not a good price tell me where u find it cheaper?
For the guy or gal that said thumbs down for the tude.... I would expect if this was such a bad price and get a thumbs down for it someone would back it up with proof is all i am saying.. I guess it would play XVID from a CDR/DVDR?

I'm a noob so sorry in advance. What constitutes a top-of-the-line Blu-ray player? If we were to compare them to LCD TV's, what would be the equivalent to a LG SL/LH series, Samsung 800/UN series, or Sony Z/XBR series in the Blu-Ray player world? Also what would one expect to pay for a product in that quality range? What are the key features that one should look for in a Blu-Ray player? Thanks in advance!

The new thing now is the expanding network capabilities. "Netflix ready" is becoming a hot feature (like this player here has), and as I just discovered, DLNA server-ready ones are now coming out too, giving them real media-center like capability. If you're only concerned about basic playback quality, I guess places like avsforum would have good in-depth reviews like that. |
