I will file my complaint against deceptive Dell for bait and switch and phishing for (emails,addresses,phones,etc for future advertising) with the my state and NYS attorney generals office(NYS Attorney General has had prior cases against Dell,also file with FTC,BBB


Not my best work but here's a form letter(just fill in YOUR order number) if anyone wants to go lazy and copy and paste to file complaints to the above as I have:
I would like to file a complaint against Dell for a possible pattern of wrong doing, misleading, false advertisement and deceptive business practices by misleading the publics trust by advertising items for sale then canceling orders claiming such as my order# xxxx placed on December 19, 2009 “Your recent order for the Sharp Aquos LCD HDTV contained a pricing error; as a result your order was cancelled.” I belong to many forum discussion groups of retail customers who have felt this to be a pattern of deceptive business practices by Dell. I also have reasons of concern that Dell is phishing for retail customer’s personal information for future use. I feel a review of ALL Dells cancelled orders do to so called “pricing errors” is warranted and this company should be investigated for wrong doing, deceptive business practices. Continuous business practices like this diminishes the publics trust and is a poor public image. Dell has a history of complaints and/or fines with many State Attorney Generals office including New York State, other Countries such as recently “dell fined $30,000 for Taiwanese Pricing Errors” and the better Business Bureau. This is disgraceful that Dell continues on this path of wrong doing. I feel that this should be investigated by Better Business Bureau, State Attorney Generals Office, Federal Trade Commission, and Consumer advocacy groups.
