It is one of those products that you either love it or you don't. Firefly has a lot of fans, so I guess this deal is mainly for them.

My thoughts exactly but I suppose it's a taste thing. The movie is a summary of a fantastic show, Whedon's best work I think. The cast was excellent, great chemistry and the comic timing was near perfection.

You gotta love how they over inflate the list price on blue rays. $90 for a season set. And for one that only ran for 14 episodes.

Not sure how to vote on this one. I got it myself back when it was gold boxed about half a year ago, but ended up sending it back. The quality isn't any better than the DVD set and it is nearly as many disks. I think they added some commentaries to this set that the DVD's lack, but aside from that not worth it.

Good price for it if you have to have it on Blu-Ray, but don't expect it to look or sound any better.
