It's more expensive because it's 240Hz. You can easily find a cheaper 37" 1080p TV, but it'll likely only be 60hz. And probably have fewer inputs.

decent 37" tvs already run about 500 anyway for 60 hz. CNET review says the black is a little lighter than they would like, and its not as good as other 240hz tvs, but who really needs full 240hz anyway? not me, thats for sure. The color accuracy was amazing though according to CNET, and the inputs are abundant.
