When I checked the status, one rebate is rejected....anyone else has the same problem....? Can I return the product without UPC bar code ? Staples wil laccept that ?

Where do you check your status? I submitted mine the day after I bought them, I'll see what mine says

i read in fatwallet.com......they honor only one rebate if both the DVDs r in one recepit.....it sucks......i am planning to go and talk to staples store manager today.............

I had one of the rebates rejected as well. I called the number on the staples rebate receipt and spoke with a CSR for abacron. At first he told me just to resubmit everything and try again. I asked to speak with a supervisor since they obviously had received everything, because they rejected it as a duplicate. He decided to take a few minutes to "research" my case and then told me that the rebate would be honored and to call back in 7-10 days to verify it.

I called the rebate center and they corected to honor the reabate.......they asked me check back after 10 days.....
