Update from OP... Left 4 Dead 2, NFS Shift, and Forza 3 are now dead. Prices back to MSRP. Gift card promo is still good though. Only Halo 3 ODST is still alive.

I got all the way to checkout and it's only giving me the free shipping and no 10% off.
Edited to say: Finally got it to work, thanks! Picked up Halo 3 ODST for my hubby for christmas, to go along with the Xbox Elite I got him too

Not on the list but Forza 3 also qualifies for the $10 credit. Got it for $34.99 with code before tax and the future credit.
