Just in time. I bought a huge package from sams a while back. I tossed my blade and went to get another but it was empty. I thought I had another pack left but they are mia.

on sale for $12.29 at Sam's Club in the Northeast, when you buy a 2 pack bundle, and BJ's for 11.99 when you buy a 3 pack. YMMV as promotions are often region or store specific.

As an alternative, given the fat price on the gillette blades even when they're on sale, I looked at some other razors.

I found that Personna makes a pair of pretty decent substitutes for a lot less money. They make a three blade plastic handle disposable thats sold under the Personna name at Walmart and under most stores brand names. They're about 40-55c each and the razor lasted me about 3 weeks of shaving 3-4 times a week.

Personna also makes a 5 blade metal handle similar to the Fusion called the Magnum M5. The handle and 3 blades at my walmart were around $5.50, but I got a $2 off coupon in the bag with the Personna disposables. I didnt like shaving with it as much as the three blades, but then I didnt like going from the two to three blade system that much either. I like the maneuverability of the smaller shave head. Gave a great smooth shave, and the blades are under a dollar each at walmart every day.

And the three blade disposable. I found this same razor at every grocery store and pharmacy I went to, along with walmart and target. Sometimes a different color, usually the stores brand name generic. There is also a womens version, but it seemed to be the same razor, different color, for twice the price.

i've received counterfeit blades from Amazon.... I returned them to walmart because I hate walmart

Thanks. Was dreading going to Costco this time of year. Now I don't even have to leave my house and they will be there on Thursday.

Remember to dry you razors after use, since leaving the blade wet is what is dulling the blade, not cutting tiny stubble.
