Yeah most say this is superior. Plus the discovery one has edited out a lot stuff totaling upwrds of an hour or more I believe.

Yeah, I saw this one first. I tried watching the show when it was on Discovery last week and couldn't stand Sigourney for more than 30 seconds before my ears were weeping. You just can't get into the show with her narrating - it's just an annoying high pitch distraction.

Looks great in high definition although I did not notice a difference between the 720P and 1080P. I think they supposedly did most of the work,or editing, in 720P or something along the lines? Either way, the videos are gorgeous on a decent television.
