Hmmm, that's a tough one. I would suppose something is wrong with one of the connections inside. If you can open and check, that would be great, though you would need a strong magnifying glass to do this. I doubt there is anything you can do about it though short of trying to use a similar drive and swap memory chip (this may be very hard to do, considering minituarization)
I dunno where you got your nick form, but I remember a magazine called murzilka back form the old times .

Well, that's what I am trying to figure out. Mine is already more than 1 year old. So, if there was a 1 year warranty it is already gone. I just hope it had a life time I got it from buy.com Are they good with replacements/repairs?
