Any idea about distance it covers? Will this work with PS3?

i have one , pretty good budget keyboard/mouse. Havent had any problems except sometimes when i type in instant messenger the first letters come out to be some asian letters. Range I think from 8 feet away it is still good but I can't really see my cursor at that range so havent tried too much. theres some good options to program ur keyboard as well so the hotkeys open up ur browser, email, etc.Takes 2 triple A for batteries and 2 double A for mouse. I have rechargeable double As and have to change it once a week normally. This is most likely the result of my cheap rechargeable though

I'm using one right now. The keyboard has to be pretty close to the wireless dongle or whatever it is, like within a couple feet to work. Good deal for $15, wanted one I could move around if I was studying or whatever and its worked for that.

I have it for more than half a year. It is not so good.
The keyboard is slowly responsive and the mouse is sometimes acting ridiculously (i.e., I click left button, but the mouse acts as I click right button). Not recommended for those who need frequently use it.

Optical mouse. No go for gaming.

Bought this at Target for $15 6 months ago. Works great. Mouse is programmable.

I had this combo for about two years. Decent performance until the keyboard simply stopped working. Tried replacing battery, re-linking keyboard to receiver, nothing worked. Wasn't a bad deal when I bought it for $30, but now with Logitech's universal wireless receivers, I would probably avoid this.

Got it at Target for the same price. Great set and Logitech's warranties are second to none.

couple of feet won't be enough for PS3/media center usage...thanks for info though.

i bought this keyboard mouse combo from target for 15 bucks and i can say that its decent. it comes with a receiver attached to a long usb cable. a usb stick receiver would have been much more useful..

I use this mouse and keyboard for gaming, and it does awesome. Maybe I got lucky, but I love it. Battery life has been great, and has been very reliable. I got it last year for Christmas, so tomorrow it will be 1 year and no problems.
