Women's Sizing in Youth (Girls') UGG boots:

Women's 7 is a youth size 5.
Women's 8 is a youth size 6.

Basically, go down two sizes to make your size equivalent with youth sizing.
The boots are reported to be the same size but slightly less tall since they are made for kids. I hope this helps!

My first pair was kids 5 and I happen to wear a 8 women and it fit just fine. YMMV however they fit like men/kids/boys shoes to women - at least some of the styles does.

That was me and it was specific to Uggs..I wear a women's 7.5 sometimes an 8 but as Uggs run big, a 5 kids works perfectly, plus they do stretch with time
