I've had a similar problem with them. Ordered a pair of pants, size 32, and they sent me a size 28. I explained that I have never been able to fit that and that they screwed up my order. Instead of trying to make the situation right they told me that it was my fault. I'll try my luck in store; I will not shop online with them again. Ever.
