It's pretty good - hard for me to get into at first but I've started to like it. There are some good characters (though the main character, John, is a TERRIBLE actor) and some very original sci-fi elements. Give it a whirl on Netflix to see if you like it first if you've never seen it.

The first 14 episodes or so of the first season is terrible.

Season 2 is when it takes off.

"The Peacekeeper Wars" movie is unfortunately MISSING from this set.....while it was technically not part of "the series", it is definitely the final word....it's a feature-length movie, be sure to get it if you buy this, or just wait until the frelling companies figure it out and issue "The Farscape Collection" or something.

Very important piece of information. I'd much prefer a "complete" complete series box set, and I'm sure others are like me in that regard, but knowing it will never happen makes this deal as good as it gets.

I've been watching the price on this show for a long time, and it really is $150 just about all the time. Lowest I ever saw on eBay was $95.

How silly. As the other said, the "movie" was distributed by a group separate from the original series--which they chose to terminate. Each group has separate rights to their own content, and it's unlikely they'll ever come to an agreement on profit sharing. Don't whine and complain to us--go out and pay $10 to buy the 2-dvd set. It's not like it's not widely available--you can buy it at any Best Buy.

The only time it was available together in a package was when the series set was released... and best buy decided to include the Peacekeeper Wars separately as a special promotion.
