On SeaWorld's website select Begin Purchase and then select Enter Promo Code - enter the promo code AXP2010 - press Go and Select # of Tickets (Adult/Children) and follow promtps to check out.

The post cards reads Florida & Georgia resident exclusive offer when you pay with any American Express Card. However, I received this post card and I live in Maryland. As far as I can tell I was able to get all the way through to the payment screen with my Maryland address so it seems to work for other states.
Maybe someone who actually purchases and uses the package can confirm. For more information check out the pdf file and seaworldorlando website.
