Just got a text from Dell showing this deal on a Dell Inspiron Laptop [dell.com]. Includes Micorsoft Office Home and Student. Not sure whether or not the deal allows upgrade to Win 7. Note that you also get free shipping. Here are the specs:

Is this only available when you purchase it on your cell phone? I can see that I can pull it up on the PC here with the link, but it's the mobile version of the site. Can't modify this with the deal?
