Here in TN we get hit with tax from Newegg too at close to 10%, plus shipping is making it not so hot anymore for me

If you look at 80plus.org [80plus.org] you will see that this power supply has exceptional efficiency - particularly at light loads (where you will probably be when not running games on the PC). I think I paid a little less during a previous rebate, but the power supply is very good. Active PFC, great efficiency.

I have this psu...its great. modular is nice, but it does have an extra power cable hanging no matter what....Not a deal killer though, tuck it into your case somewhere and you never will even notice it. It has great voltages and is very efficient. I looked at some other psu's in this range and this fits the ticket for the best one in my book.

OCZ ModXStream is just the rehashed FSP Epsilon platform. Decent, yes. Better than generic? Definitely yes. But it's not a Corsair, Seasonic X series, or OCZ Z-Series ... |
