I think it is important to mention the size of the photo cards this printer prints:
2" x 3"

If you use AREA (square incheses) as the comparison between pictures:
2x3? Is a quarter of the regular most common 4x6" photo paper.
2x3 = 6 square inches, 4x6 = 24 square inches, 6 is ONE QUARTER of 24.


If yo used DIAGONAL (Like TV screens)
then 2 by 3 is half of a 4 by 6
About 3.6 compared to 7.2

Just so people can fully grasp the tiny size of this printer's paper size, attached is a jpeg of the photo next to an average sized adult hand. It is smaller than your typical business card.

A Note about the size: Yes it's true, this thing prints small. However, this is relative. To begin with, 2x3 is your typical wallet size print, not uncommon at all. You certainly don't see people standing outsiude photo booths warning "hey, don't go in there, those prints are only 2x3!". Secondly, the point of this printer: it's small, cordless and portable. It certainly isn't meant to print documents. It's merely a fun little device which at $28 is pretty cheap ($100 original price, not so much!).

The $100 MSRP is an inflated price, as even the Polaroid Pogo has $50 as the normal selling price. Dell is hoping you will buy this printer so they can make money selling you special refill papers , that you cannot easily find from other suppliers. Also note that there IS an expiration date on these special papers. So if you stock up on 48 sheets at a time, plan to use them all before they expire.
