Same boat here...OAK to ONT...I am flying back from ONT to OAK later this evening and I only registered for this promotion just now. Wondering if I will get those double credits for flying in today? Any comments from anyone?

i had a similar situation before and i did not get the credit. however, i called southwest after to ask about it and they credited my account with the additional credit. HTH

Check the price on the flight you've booked. When I've taken advantage of deals like this before, I canceled my existing reservations and immediately re-booked using the credit issued. You don't pay a penalty for canceling, so if the fare is still the same, no harm no foul!

Anyone know if a leg of a flight between two CAL airports would count if the destination or origin is outside of CAL?

most likely not...seems like it has to be a flight completed within california
