Help Please - Need to reset my Navigon 2100

Does anyone happen to know how to do a Hard Reset on the Navigon 2100? I'm giving mine away and would like to clear all personal data. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

See the little hole on the side? Use a toothpick to press it or hold it down. This is called a factory 'soft-reset'.

Thanks very much for your kind reply. Perhaps I should have mentioned that I had already done the obvious, like rtfm and locate/depress the reset button. Not only have I tried the little hole on the side but I have done it in conjunction with powering the unit on and off depressing both the reset button and the power button in multiple combinations, together and separate. In addition, I have gone to Options ->Settings ->Factory Settings -> and chosen Yes when asked if I really want to delete all the changes and reset to Factory Settings. All of my current information is still there and the unit remains unchanged.
Now, if anyone has any advice on how to successfully perform a hard reset on the Navigon 2100, I would appreciate any help.
