good deal... i got the .40 from tgs when it was 439 with 3 mags and that was cheap then.. this is a steal.... depending on how many mags they give you.. Buds can be a bit tricky on that.. be sure to ask 1st..

In principle, no. But it can't be shipped directly to you, only to a Federally licensed firearms dealer and you still have to submit to the same registration process and background check before you can pick it up. Plus any local restrictions that apply where you live.

So in the end, the online transaction is subject to the same safeguards (or hurdles, depending on your POV) as if you bought from a local gun dealer.

This is a very good pistol. I wish they had the .40Cal for this price I would get it.

If you're implying that this is some kind of loophole that makes it easy to avoid restrictions on buying guns, you're very incorrect.

Purchasing a handgun through Buds (or any other internet dealer) requires that you send the gun to a local federally licensed firearms dealer. The internet dealer ships to your local dealer, then you go to pick it up. Before you can take possession, the local dealer runs a full background check on you, just like they would if you bought at their shop. If you pass, you pay them a fee and leave with your gun, in accordance with local laws.

In short, you can't just order a gun and have it shipped to your house no questions asked.
