Good thing the title is based on DNA and not RNA. I do t think Gauuca would have been as catchy.

I try to explain the title to all my non-bio friends and they all just look at me funny.

I'm still trying to figure out though whether that particular sequence has any significance. What does it code for?

Heh, I had previously looked this up and found this excellent read:

The upshot of it is that there probably isn't anything special about the title and they just chose it as it 'fit' the movie somehow.
