Wendy's 5-piece is also $1.29 where I am, but still come in the containers that list they are $1 on the side.
Wendy's is so damned ADHD. They introduce so many new items, and then they pull them a little while later. No market research? |

Now on the McNuggets, this is a good deal, but definitely ymmv. My local McDonald's rarely participate in these promotions.
