Four Pack Instructions
The "Four Pack" must be purchased for your own account. Once you've completed your transaction, you'll be able to give your three extra copies of the game to friends using the Steam client.
If you'd like to purchase any other games as gifts, please do so in a separate transaction.
Tax is applied to anyone from Washington State making Steam purchases. It is best to have someone from outside of Washington purchase the four pack to keep the cost down.

Bioshock 2 Four-Pack - which technically makes it $11.25 instead of $15.
the cost is $12.31 via paypal when personal and gift option is chosen and bank account is used. otherwise it's $12.97 if a credit card is used.
there are taxes involved with the purchase in case you are wondering why it's not $11.25.
(this is for someone living in Washington purchasing the 4-pack. it is cheaper in the future for a non-washingtonian to purchase to avoid the taxes.)
